Shipping

 

You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays, and during a markdown period. Please note, BTFL does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

 

We do not offer expedited shipping options for online orders.

 

BTFL will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation with tracking information within 3 business days please contact our customer support at shop@btflstudio.com. In the event that a product is out of stock or backordered, you will be contacted by our customer service team.

 

BTFL is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

 

All items marked as sale are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange.

 

 

Domestic Orders 

 

BTFL offers free USPS ground shipping on all orders over $150. 

 

 

International orders

 

BTFL ships internationally. Please email us at shop@btflstudio.com if you’re unsure about your country.

 

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

 

 

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be made within an hour after the order has been placed. Cancellation requests submitted an hour after the order is placed will not be eligible, no exceptions. Orders placed over the weekend will be eligible for cancellation if the request is submitted before the morning of the following business day. Final sale items are not eligible for cancellation. 

Please reach out to shop@btflstudio.com with cancellation request, order number, and date of the order placed in the subject of the email. 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges - North America

  

Due to conditions brought on by COVID-19 we will not be accepting returns until further notice.

BTFL will allow exchanges within 10 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any exchange. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your exchange. Exchange shipping will be paid by customer.

 

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items and email shop@btflstudio.com to begin your exchange process. Exchange shipping will be paid by customer. Only one exchange shipment per order. 

 

Exchanges are typically processed within 5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

 

If BTFL determines that any products are not in original condition, an exchange will not be granted and the item/s will be returned to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

 

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
